Two ways to contribute

We welcome contributions for our work in two ways. We are trying to raise money to start Empowered Girls clubs at a dozen secondary schools in Tanzania in 2012.

Paypal

Click on the Donate button at right to contribute to our work via Paypal or credit card. The money will mostly support our costs for travel, stipends for the clubs’ faculty advisers, and costs for holding seminars.

Direct

If you’d like to give to a specific person or program that you see on this site, contact us and we’ll put the money to work. While we await 501(c)(3) status, please contact us if you would like to make a tax deductible donation and we’ll put you in touch with a partner organization.

Kellen hands off a prize of TSH 20,000 to Baby Bahati, a Form 2 student in Kyela District who won our Empowered Girls essay contest in January 2011. The award was funded by Chocolate University, a nonprofit in Springfield, Missouri.
