I think there is a big problem on reproductive health education provision at secondary school. Many educators are not so open on sex education and most of them are reluctant to discuss their personal experiences as teenagers in fear of disrespect from students. In reality students learn more on vivid examples and they will be more open to share there everyday challenges and would help reduce teenage pregnancy and associated cases. Parents should be close to their children especially after puberty so they help them with new changes and feelings towards opposite sex. I believe this strategies can help reduce teenage pregnancies.

As a graduate student in science, I am optimistic about your chances of finding a great job teaching science. With such a shortage of science teachers in East Africa, you will be very much in demand. Get good recommendations from teaching practice. And look for ways to integrate technology with teaching (http://www.khanacademy.org/). That will help you in interviews get the best jobs.
